We love transparency so we're the only retailer in the country (world?) that tells customers exactly how much retail cost and profit is included in each bill.

The only money we earn is a small, fixed amount per customer. From that we pay our staff, run the billing system, website, manage your metering, pay regulatory charges and so on.

Our profit per customer will be between $35-45 per year.

We say will because we're a fairly new company and we're not yet profitable. We're getting there rapidly though thanks to our wonderful customers who are spreading the word about Energy Locals.
