Your bill frequency depends on how often we receive a meter reading from your metering provider.
If you don't have a smart meter it's likely that this will be every 3 months so that's how often we'll send a bill.
We do suggest you pay a fixed amount each fortnight or month so that when your bill arrives, it's a top up-type bill rather than one for a quarter of a year's usage.
If you have a smart meter with remote communications, we'll get meter reads almost every day. Quite soon we'll start sending bills monthly for customers with smart meters.
